We have a ground team in China receiving dozens of product samples a week. Many samples do not make the cut. Below is a sampling of the products we rejected. Even some of the factories listed before May 7, 2020 on the FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Appendix A list had products that did not pass our own due diligence. We also have paid 3rd party audit firms such as SGS and Sofeast to go on-site to check the factories and their operational/quality assurance/quality control processes. The CDC also keeps their own running list of poor or counterfeit products here.
